I absolutely love Woodwick and each room in my house has a different scent flowing through it. To be honest I am the ideal Splosh customer and had a house full of our amazing gift and homewares before I even worked here. I LOVE THEM ALL.

Leadership from a giving heart is far more powerful than leading with only the mind.

What has been your greatest lesson in your career so far?
‘Change is a good thing’.
Change happens even on a daily basis, and the lesson for myself is to roll with the changes and keep moving forward.

What is your favourite thing about working at Splosh?
Our fantastic catch-up monthly meetings with all departments and hear update for the company.

Which Splosh product do you love the most?
I constantly use my picnic basket for everything! Just went away for the weekend and used as my makeup and toiletry bag, perfect.

What has been your greatest lesson in your career so far?
Don't focus on the mistake, focus on the lesson. I used to be so hard on myself if I made a mistake, I felt like I was doing a bad job, but the reality is that everyone makes mistakes, even your boss does, and almost all positive process changes and growth come from making mistakes and finding errors, it's how you really learn!

What is your favourite thing about working at Splosh?
The support from everyone and the company as a whole. Every team member, no matter what department they're in, are always willing to help one another, and you know no matter what will occur in your life, the company will work with you, not against you.

Which Splosh product do you love the most?
The Grazing Boards! I get compliments from anyone who sets foot in my kitchen about the Island Breeze Grazing Boards, they are GORGEOUS!

As a working mum, a great work life balance is one of the most important priorities.

My favourite thing about working at Splosh would have to be the team! I love working with such an amazing group of people.

It's ok not to know it all, all the time. Sometimes there is so much power in "I'm not sure yet, but I'll find out," and leveraging this as a response is never a sign of ignorance or incompetence, it's an indication of your capacity to find a solution.
